Laughter Yoga is a program anyone can do, and you don’t even need a sense of humour. As long as you have the intention to laugh, you can receive the same physical, mental & social benefits as if you were laughing naturally.

Chamundai is a spiritual teacher, coach and mentor. Her company specializes in helping stressed professionals reconnect to their passion and purpose with her Breakthrough coaching and mentoring programs and retreats.

She practiced as a lawyer for 25 years and has studied laughter yoga, counselling, conflict resolution, coaching, mentoring and healing and has spent many years deeply immersed in the spiritual traditions of India. Chamundai discovered Laughter Yoga and became known as “The Laughter Lawyer” as she became a lawyer who taught and practised laughter! She was trained and mentored by Dr Madan Kataria, the founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement.
